Greys River Road

Greys River Road is a National Forest Service road that traverses a forested river valley between the Salt and Wyoming mountain ranges, from the Tri-Basin Divide to the town of Alpine.
The route is completely within the National Forest boundary so you can camp anywhere, unless otherwise posted. There are several developed campgrounds as well.
The route follows the Greys River for its entirety. Potable water is available at the developed campgrounds along the route during the summer.
Food is available in Alpine.
